Quality Procedures

White Fort has a comprehensive set of Quality procedures that describe the operation and requirements of the various departments within the company. These procedures are a hybrid of company policies implemented over the years and external procedures adopted from other companies and industries to apply to White Fort. Also closely linked to the quality procedures are the training programs being developed currently within the company in the various departments. These are currently under development at this point.

White Fort is committed to ensure the highest quality services to meets its client’s needs through greater coordination.

  • Meeting the expectations of the client by ensuring complete compliance to contractual obligations and fostering healthy client relations.
  • Creating a work culture, stimulates involves and integrates the work force at all levels for continues improvement and innovation it every functional area by providing appropriate training at all levels in the company.
  • Undertaking appropriate reviews and evaluations to measure quality assurance performance against identified the objectives and targets, while ensuring compliance with this policy.
  • Complying with all applicable local or international lows and regulations.
White Fort will continually seek to provide greater client satisfaction and drive excellence. The quality policy will regularly be reviewed and will be displayed at prominent locations within the company premises to increase the awareness among employees.

Quality Procedures

Sales procedure

These procedures outline the internal processes of the sales unit. They describe the procedure followed to generate a response to a client’s enquiry. These procedures describe the responsibilities of each employee within the sales unit including the sales, engineering and all other departments.

Engineering procedure

These procedures outline the internal processes of the engineering unit. They describe the procedure followed from the time a contract is signed to the point where shop drawings are developed. Construction procedure These procedures outline the internal processes of the construction department. They describe the procedure followed in the execution of a job from the point the shop drawings are developed and the building permit is obtained to the time when the works are completed and the completion certificate is issued. In addition, they describe the responsibilities of each employee with in the construction department including the project manager(s), project coordinator(s) and site engineer(s).

Administration procedure

These procedures outline the internal processes of Administration Department. They describe the procedure followed in the accounting and personal. In addition they describe the responsibilities of each employee within this department.
